The timescale in which your order will arrive in varies depending on the item you have ordered. Each item description advises how long it will take to despatch your order, once your order has been despatched you will receive an email notification. Unless requested otherwise, all items are sent via Royal Mail 2 nd class signed for delivery, Royal Mail provide a delivery timescale of 1-3 working days.

We can offer express delivery for an additional fee, Please send a request via our website prior to ordering and we will advise you of the timescale and additional cost.
If you have made a mistake please contact us as soon as you notice via our “contact” link on our website. If your personalised item has not yet gone into production, we will change your order and correct your mistake. If your item has already gone into production, unfortunately we will not be able to change anything, it is your responsibility to check all personalised details when placing your order, ensuring all spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct.
All our house signs our made using the toughest of materials which are hardwearing and weather resistant. Unlike a lot of signs currently available on the market, our signs are engraved, so the house number/names are not removable unlike when vinyl stickers are used.
All our signs are easy to fit and are sent with a fixing kit which includes screws, rawl plugs and step by step fitting instructions. If you have any issues fitting your sign then please do not hesitate to contact us, using our website contact form.

If you have seen a design you like on our website but would like it smaller/ larger to suit your requirements, please get in contact with us and we can amend the dimensions and provide with you with the revised cost.
We are an online store, therefore do not have a store for you to visit with your damaged item. The easiest way for us to help you is by emailing us at email@example.com attaching a photograph of you damaged/broken item. We know how important it is for your item to arrive in perfect condition, therefore we will aim to reach a resolution as soon as possible.
